Elenas Parents Georgios and Efrosini Paparizou, moved from Greece to Sweden in the 60´s. Elena is very close with her parents, she talk everyday with her mother on the Phone. She also has a Brother name Dino (Kostantinos) and a sister Rita. Both are a few Years older than her.
Toni Mavridis is Elena's fiancée. They met each other 9 years ago. He was the tour manager for Antique. They came together when she was 17 years old, he is 11 years older, he was 28. He is known as her Manager, and writtes some lyrics with/for her. They together 24/7.
Nikos Panajiotidis, and Elena were friends even before they started the group Antique. In 1999 they started the band, and they split 2003/04. Nikos released an solo Album, which sadly wasnt that suceesful. If Elena and Toni get Married , Nikos once said, he will be the Best men.

Natalia Germanou, wrote the lyrics for My number one and like Christos Dantis, was at her side, when she sung it in ESC. Natalia wrote more lyrics for Elenas second Album Yparxei Logos. Both are very close friends.
